Components

  • Raspberry Pi 3A (or faster)
  • USB GPS receiver
  • USB Battery
  • On/off switch
  • 1-2 x MicroUSB to USB cable (x cm)
  • MicroUSB to USB cable (x cm)
  • microSD card (recommended 8GB min)

Connecting components

The battery should be connected to the Pi via the on/off switch. The GPS should be plugged into the USB port. It might be worth shortening the cable if you have the skills to do this. MicroSD card goes into the Pi of course - it should have Raspian installed on it. There should be a cable already connected to the batteries charge port, to enable easy charging.
